Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet been processed or delivered. Once UC has been successfully delivered to your PUBG Mobile account, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. Incorrect purchases due to user error (wrong PUBG ID, wrong server, etc.) are not eligible for refunds. How to Request a Refund Contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase.
